• Transaction Metadata: We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment card data is handled securely by our payment processor. We collect transaction status, amounts, and confirmation numbers.
• Automated Security Data: Behavioral and device signals collected by Google reCAPTCHA when you submit forms on the Platform, used solely for bot and abuse prevention.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to facilitate the sale and delivery of digital tickets, provide customer support, communicate with organizers regarding their events, and comply with legal or anti-fraud obligations.

5. Third-Party Service Providers (Helcim)

Payment processing is handled directly by Helcim. As an Approved Integration Partner, SaaS HQ transmits data to Helcim to facilitate your transactions.

Your financial data and payment information are subject to Helcim's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Third-Party Security Services (Google reCAPTCHA)

This Platform uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect forms from spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA operates in the background and does not require any action from you.

• reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information — such as device and application data — and sends it to Google for analysis.
• This data collection is used solely for fraud and bot prevention, not for advertising or user tracking.
• reCAPTCHA operates invisibly in the background and does not require any interaction from you.
